BUSSER

Summary Description

Provide guests with a clean restaurant environment by removing soiled dishes, glassware, and silverware from the tables.

?Secondary responsibilities include proper maintenance and cleaning of side stations, floors, furniture, booths, tableware, restrooms and performing other duties as assigned.

Summary of Essential Duties

• Consistently practice Shakeys Service standards to ensure a quality, fun Shakeys guest experience.
• Consistently maintain and follow opening/closing procedures for workstation.
• Greet the guests at the table.
• Pre-bus tables according to table bussing procedures.
• Respond to additional guest requests during their dining process.
• Continually monitor table for quality of food, service and fun.
• Clear and clean the table immediately upon the guests' departure.
• Clean chairs and booths per operational standards, as needed or as requested by management.
• Clean restrooms and stock per Shakeys operational standards.
• Check and clean parking lot, planters, walkways, windows, sills, doors and glass, interior floors, carpeting, and busser stations.
• Vacuum and/or sweep restaurant interiors and exteriors, as required.
• Complete all side work before the completion of the shift.
• Support other workstations, as needed.
• Cross-train on other workstations.
• Demonstrate teamwork and respect at all times.
• All other duties, as assigned.
